5️⃣ Refund & Replacement Policy

  • No refund is provided after successful delivery or activation of any service.
  • Replacement support is provided based on service validity:
    • Lifetime services → Lifetime replacement (service-related issues only)
    • Time-based subscriptions → Replacement within active duration
  • Refunds are issued only if Mix Pro BD fails to deliver the service, within 24 hours.
